Return and Replacement Policy

Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the conditions for returning and replacing products.
1. General Conditions
Applicability: This policy applies to all products purchased from MobiLooms, including mobile phones from brands like IQOO, Xiaomi, Samsung, Realme, and OnePlus.
Time Frame: You must raise a return/replacement request within 7 days of delivery.
2. Conditions for a Valid Return/Replacement
A return or replacement is only possible under the following circumstances:
- Dead on Arrival (DOA): The product is non-functional upon first use.
- Wrong Product Received: The product delivered is different from the one you ordered.
- Damaged Product: The product received is physically damaged.
- Manufacturing Defect: The product has a verifiable manufacturing defect that affects its functionality.
3. The Return Process
Request: Log in to your MobiLooms account and submit a return request from your order history.
Verification: Our team will review your request. For mobile phones, we may arrange for a technician visit to your location to diagnose the issue. This is a common practice in India to verify claims.
Product Condition: The returned product must be in its original condition with the intact box, all accessories (charger, cable, manual, etc.), and a valid invoice.
4. What is NOT Covered by this Policy
- Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for a "change of mind." Once a mobile phone box is opened and the device is activated, it is not eligible for a return unless a defect is found.
- Software Issues: Minor software bugs or glitches are typically not considered a manufacturing defect and should be addressed by the brand's service center.
- Damage Due to Misuse: Any product damaged by the user (e.g., liquid damage, physical drops) is not covered.
- Missing Accessories: If any original accessories are missing from the return package.
5. Refund/Replacement
Refunds: If a return is approved and a replacement is not possible, we will initiate a refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Replacement: If a replacement is approved and the product is in stock, we will ship the new item to you after we receive and verify the original product.
6. Brand Service Centers
For issues that arise after the 7-day return period, you must contact the respective brand's authorized service center (e.g., IQOO, Xiaomi, Samsung, Realme) for warranty and repair services. Your MobiLooms invoice can be used as proof of purchase.
